Our bungalow in Ratingen was built with intent: 137 m² of open living, dining and kitchen that opens onto two private courtyards, a terrazzo spiral staircase down to the lower level, floor-to-ceiling windows with electric exterior shades and underfloor heating throughout. Hand-picked designer furniture, sunlight moving through the rooms as the day turns, every detail chosen, not catalogued.

Lounge courtyard
A square terrace with lounge furniture on one side and a dining table for eight on the other. The lounge side stays shaded around midday; the dining side catches the afternoon and evening sun.
Bamboo courtyard
A narrow, quiet retreat planted with bamboo in red planters. Flows directly into the master bedroom, three steps from bed to your private courtyard.

- You have an entire house to yourself: Three bedrooms, two courtyards, your own kitchen, no lobby, no corridor noise, no room neighbours. Especially during trade-fair weeks in Düsseldorf, that's usually more relaxed and, from two people upwards, often cheaper than a hotel as well. You check in keyless, cook whenever you like, and actually wind down in the evening. On request we are of course happy to issue a company invoice with VAT.
- Flexible check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. You check yourself in, keyless: your personal code arrives by email about 24 hours before arrival, and the keypad at the front door is available at any time.
- Yes, a free underground parking space in the adjacent building is included in the price, bikes welcome. The surrounding streets offer free, unrestricted on-street parking; it isn't reserved, but in practice there's always a spot within a short walk.
- About 15 minutes by car to Messe Düsseldorf, roughly 13 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport (DUS). Düsseldorf old town is 22 minutes away, with direct A3 access.
- 200 Mbit/s fibre, stable Wi-Fi plus wired Ethernet in every room. Three ready-to-use workspaces: a desk in one bedroom, a workstation in the living area, and the large dining table for workshops or co-working.

- When you book, you choose between two rates: “Non-refundable” (a lower price, no refund on cancellation) and “Flexible/Refundable” (slightly higher, with free cancellation within the window shown during checkout). The exact terms are displayed transparently before you confirm the booking.
- The house is strictly non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the courtyards, ashtrays are provided.
